Summer 2014

We worked a lot this summer but we squeezed a ton of fun into our time off! Here are some highlights..

Paddle boarding Lake Natoma

Boat making at Traverse Falls

Road trip to Seattle / Hempfest

Rope swinging at Smith River.

Boating on the American River.

Playing in the Yuba River.

Pretty! (And pretty cold.)

A weekend in Ventura with Nate's family.

This is what these mirrors are for, right?

And a day in Solvang.

Nate played on this tree

While I played in this one.

This is what a California waterfall looks like during a drought. Drip. Drip.

Stopped at Big Sur on our way home from Ventura.

Camping at Silver Lake

When we grow up Nate will have a flat spot on his head, I think.

Slack line fun with friends.

And we found this giant slack line too... Though not quite as inviting with its thousand foot drop.

Some climbing.

Lake Tahoe!

A lady named Chet

Fallen Leaf lake

Somewhere on highway 89. Lost in the aspens in October.

Happy Fall!

Now we're ready for our non-winter in Asia! Hopefully we wont have any time to miss the snow.
